Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before booking your session with Artisan Lens Creation.

  1. We kindly request that our team is given adequate space to move freely and operate during your event. In heavily congested settings, certain shots may not be possible and Artisan Lens Creation cannot be held responsible for any missed coverage.
  2. Please share a detailed schedule of your rituals and events — including timings and locations — prior to the event. This helps our team plan effectively and ensures nothing important is missed.
  3. Our team will gently remind you when the opportunity for a couple shoot arises, but participation is entirely your choice. If you’d like one, kindly let us know your preferred time in advance.
  4. We work best when there is a smooth partnership between our team and our clients. Your cooperation and that of your family during the event helps us deliver results that truly stand out.
  5. We photograph guests as they arrive to greet the bride or groom, capturing those genuine moments of connection. We do not cover guests during meal times, flowerbed setups, or early morning events, and respectfully ask that our team not be directed to do so.
  6. Our team works with two professional umbrella lights (1000–2000 watts) to ensure the best image quality indoors. Kindly confirm in advance whether this equipment is permitted at your venue.
  7. Please allow 90 to 120 days from the date of receiving your selected photos and videos for final delivery. All deliverables are strictly as per your signed contract — any additional creative content produced by our team is supplementary and not a guaranteed deliverable.
  8. In the rare event of circumstances beyond our control, our team will do everything possible to arrange a suitable alternative. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation should such a situation arise.

For Payment

Advance Booking Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 0–7 days of booking will incur a 30% cancellation charge. For cancellations made after 7 days but before the wedding date, 80% of the booking amount will be deducted.
